Our local forecasts are processed every six hours by an automatic routine using a very reliable numerical model, with no intervention from our meteorologists and without considering the local orography (e.g. presence of mountains, valleys, plains, seas, lakes, etc). Please always evaluate the forecasts considering the local meteorological experiences and consulting our weather reports issued every weekday at 00:00 UTC, the weather charts, the satellite images and always consider the trend of the meteorological variables rather than their absolute values especially during extreme weather (e.g. in very hot or very cold days forecasted temperatures may differ by several degrees from the real temperatures observed at the meteorological stations). Please consider that forecasts for locations placed by the outer limits of our processing grid (e.g. very high latitudes) can be unreliable.
